萧山居民的人际交往与社会网络——对萧山地区323名居民的调

摘要
本研究利用问卷调查和个案访谈的资料。以社会网络的相关理论为基础,从人
际交往的主体——萧山居民的主观角度,对 90 年代中期和现在萧山居民的人际交往
和社会网络的状况进行比较分析。
第一部分,阐明研究问题的背景;评述了相关研究状况;对相关概念进行界定
和操作化;并阐明本研究的研究思路、研究假设和研究方法。
第二部分,从结构纬度分析考察社会网络。描述、比较和分析了萧山居民 90 年
代中期和现在的人际交往对象;90 年代中期和现在的帮忙对象;90 年代中期和现在
人际交往的对象意愿,说明社会网络结构纬度的特征。
第三部分,从动态过程纬度考察社会网络。描述、比较和分析了萧山居民 90 年
代中期和现在的人际交往的时机;90 年代中期和现在的人际交往的方式;并进一步
阐释了社会网络动态过程纬度中的关系的维系与建构,说明社会网络建构与维系的
特征。
第四部分,从规则纬度考察社会网络。描述、比较和分析了萧山居民 90 年代中
期和现在人际交往的送礼事由;90 年代中期和现在人际交往的人情费用;社交人际
交往的送礼意愿;对送礼的态度和认知,说明社会网络规则纬度的特征。
第五部分,从资源纬度考察社会网络。描述和分析不同社会特征者人际交往的
对象差异;不同特征者人际交往的方式差异,说明社会网络资源纬度的特征。
第六部分,归纳本研究的结论;并依研究结论讨论和指出:社会网络中的文化
因素;现代性对社会网络的影响:包括现代性与情感支持,现代性与交往方式;分
析了本研究的特点、意义与局限性。

Abstract
This study collected materials through questionnaire survey and in-dept interview.
Based on the relevant theories of works, this pares the interpersonal
relationship in the middle 1990s with the present, and aims to describe the four latitudes of
the works of the residents in the district of Xiaoshan.
The first part includes the study background, the literature review, the
conceptualization and the operation of concept. In addition, the framework, the hypothesis,
and the research method of this study are also mentioned.
The second part reviews the structure of works based on parison of
the intercourse objects, the objects people seek for help and the inclination of
communication of the residents around the middle of the 1990’s with the present.
The third pares the social time and the social ways, furthermore it clarified
the building and the maintaining of the relationship, describes the characters of the
dynamics of works.
The fourth pared the etiquettes for giving gifts; the money people cost, the
inclination for giving gifts and people’s attitudes towards giving gifts. And then it displays
