Abstract:Theeducationalideaispeople’soutlook,conceptandfaithtowardseducation,anditisformed
underaparticularhistoricalcondition.Theeducationalideachangeswiththechangeofhistoricaldevelopment
andithastheconnotationoftimeswhichwillkeeppacewithtimes.Hence,therearedifferenteducationalideas
indifferenttimes.Differentcountrieshavedifferenteducationalideasanddifferentpeoplehavedifferenteduca
tionalideas.Althoughtheeducationalideasindifferenttimeschangediversely,theeducationalideaofacoun
tryistheeducationalideaofitsrulersanditwillchangewiththereplacementoftherulers.Nomatterhowthe
educationalideaofacountrychangeswiththechangeofitsrulers,thecoreoftheeducationalideaistheissue
aboutwhywetraintalents,whatkindofpersonsweshouldtrainandhowwetraintalents.
Theideaofnationaleducationchangescontinuouslyaroundtrainingthetalentswiththereplacementofthe
Chineserulersbothinthepastandatpresent.
