一次性使用输液器用药液过滤器
滤膜滤除率研究

内容提要: 临床静脉输液中,大剂量的注射液通过输液器具等直接由静脉滴注入体内,进入体循环,这个过程
同时也带来了风险,如不溶性微粒会随着药液进入血液,再随着血液的肺循环进入到体循环里的微
循环,最终导致终末动脉堵塞,给人体造成伤害。国内目前采用加终端过滤器的方式来减少输液器
中的微粒。本文通过对几家常用的输液器药液过滤器滤除率的测定,来探寻通过安装过滤器和降低
输液风险的关系。
