文档介绍：上海师范人学硕十学位论文中文摘要中文摘要《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》对新时期教师队伍质量与建设提出了更高的要求和更新的任务,以提高教师质量为目标,并且通过多元化的方法达到这一目标。建设一支高素质的教师教育者队伍,是保证教师质量的关键举措。为促进教师教育者专业发展,构建教师教育者专业标准势在必行。本文运用问卷调查法、文献研究法、比较法和分析法,对教师教育者专业标准进行了探究。本文由以下部分组成: 绪论部分主要包括论文的研究背景、研究目的和意义、概念界定、文献综述、研究思路和方法以及研究的重点和难点。第一章分析了我国教师教育者专业发展现状,发现存在以下问题:专业优势不突出;专业角色定位不明确;专业发展缺乏有效支撑;缺乏个人专业发展方向。由此提出以制定专业标准促进教师教育者的专业发展。随后分析了我国构建教师教育者专业标准的必要性和可行性。第二章主要梳理了目前国内外有关教师教育者的研究,分为教师教育者的身份、专业知识和能力、初任教师教育者相关研究以及教师教育者的专业发展途径。这些理论研究成果是构建我国教师教育者专业标准的基础和依据。第三章以荷兰和美国教师教育者专业标准为例,进行了全景式的分析。主要包括标准的研制程序、主要内容、实施程序和使用、实施效果、特点分析以及对我国的启示。这一部分的内容是构建我国教师教育者专业标准的经验借鉴。第四章我国教师教育者专业标准初步构建。本部分回归本土问题,在前面研究的基础上,立足我国实际,提出了构建我国教师教育者专业标准的理念和原则, 并以教研员为目标群体尝试着初步构建我国的教师教育者专业标准。关键词:教师教育者,专业标准英文摘要上海师范大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Innew time,it hasput forward higher request forteachers’quality and construction inNational medium and long-term educational reform anddevelopment program(201 0—2020).It advocates toimprove teachers’ quality through requirement forteachers’quality call not be met without ahigh-quality,professional teacher educators to build the professional standards ofteacher educators topromote theirprofessional development.
