如何写好建议信？（格式和书信基本一致）

基本框架
：——开门见山，向对方陈述自己的观点
：——对所提出的问题进行分析并说明理由，接着提出自己的建议
：——呼应开头，重申观点。

写作规范：
一般建议信可分三段来写：
第一段：开头，即确认对方的要求，并说明提出与要求相符合的建议
第二段：主体，即具体的建议内容，建议要具体并有可操作性，不能空洞，以三至五条为佳, 每条建议三至五句话告诉对方如何实施或操作。
第三段：结尾，即对以上建议的总结。
