风格,是一支球队进行人员配置,技战术选择的前提;是篮球运动员个人技战术特
点的集中体现;反映着一支篮球队的整体精神面貌与技、技战术素养。纵观当今世界篮
球强国,如美国、阿根廷、西班牙等国家,都是根据自己的实际,充分发挥自身的优势
和特长,形成自己独特而鲜明的篮球运动风格。
1994 年中国男子篮球联赛进入职业化阶段,从此拉开中国男子职业篮球发展的大
幕。15 年间,中国篮坛人才辈出,国内有多名篮球运动员受到美国 NBA 的青睐,使得中
国篮球的未来充满着无限期望。中国男子篮球职业化的脚步在不断向前迈进,不仅为中
国男子篮球运动的发展提供了动力,也为中国篮球走向世界打开了大门。然而,自从中
国男篮在 2008 年北京奥运会赛场上的惊艳演出之后,2009 年在天津举办的亚洲男子篮
球锦标赛上,中国男篮似乎遇到了困境,中国男篮在前进的道路上遭遇瓶颈。回首往日
辉煌的战绩,人们心中难免会产生各种疑问:中国男篮到底怎么了?为何中国男篮在天
津男篮亚锦赛一路走来磕磕绊绊?为何在面对伊朗的亚锦赛决赛的比赛中会表现得如
此失常?
本文以我国 CBA 篮球俱乐部篮球运动风格为研究基础,结合中国男篮在近 5 年的国
际篮球赛事中的表现以及世界篮球运动风格的发展,分析我国 CBA 篮球俱乐部篮球运动
风格的现状,提出明确 CBA 篮球俱乐部篮球运动风格的角色与定位、营造 CBA 篮球俱乐
部篮球运动风格的文化氛围、构建 CBA 篮球俱乐部篮球运动风格的核心价值观、加强国
际篮球运动交流与学习合作的建议,为中国篮球运动风格的发展提供参考依据。

Abstract
Different styles of learning from each other and e a driving force for the development of
basketball. Style, is a team for staffing, technical and tactical choice of the premise; it is basketball
technical and tactical characteristics of individuals concentrated expression; reflects a basketball team as a
whole mental outlook and the skills, technical and tactical qualities. In today's world basketball powers,
such as the United States, Argentina, Spain and other countries, are based on our own reality, give full play
to its advantages and strengths, develop its own unique and distinctive style of basketball.
