成套生产物流系统研究
摘要
随着经济的不断发展,对电梯的需求量也越来越多。电梯的产品规
格变化繁多,特别是装潢类的部件,同样的零件会有不同的尺寸,而尺
寸多数是客户化的,原有的生产方式产生的在制品和成品库存较多,占
用了大量的场地和资金,因此论文以轿顶为例,针对电梯装潢类零件的
生产物流系统开展研究,以缩短生产周期,满足客户不断提高的交货期
要求,降低企业物流成本。
论文首先分析了 MRP 推式(Push)物流系统模式和 JIT 拉式(Pull)物流
系统模式的原理和特性,对 MRP 与 JIT 优缺点进行了的对比分析,并介
绍了目前 MRP 与 JIT 结合研究的现状,对推/拉式物流系统模式的集成
进行了分析。
论文根据本人所在电梯公司物流系统现状分析了存在的问题和改进
的必要性,同时对 Push 与 Pull 结合的物流系统在本公司的可行性进行了
分析。
论文以轿顶零件生产为例,提出 Push 与 Pull 相结合的成套生产物流
模型,并将其在实际生产中进行实施。本文还结合 MES 系统理论,研究
了在轿顶的成套生产情况下,公司现有信息系统需要进行的改善。实践
表明新的生产物流有效提高了生产效率。

With the unceasing development of the economics, the need of elevators is ing
more and more enormous. The elevator product has many specifications, especially
ponents. The ponents can have the different size, but the size
most is a customization. The original production method has many goods in process and
finished product stock is enormous, which has taken the massive locations and the fund.
So taking the car ceiling as an example, the production logistics system of the elevator
ponents was studied in this paper, in order to shorten production cycle,
satisfy the due date request of the customer, reduces the production logistics cost.
The principle and characteristics of the MRP (Push) logistic system model and the
JIT (Pull) logistic system model were analyzed. The advance and disadvance points of the
MRP and the JIT have analyzed in contrast. The present research situation of bine
of the MRP and the JIT was introduced. And the integration of the Push/Pull logistic
system model was analyzed.
The ing of one pany production logistics system was
