提高链条锅炉煤炭燃烧效率的节能技术研究与应用

摘要：本文从研究链条炉煤炭燃烧过程和煤粒燃烧机理出发，研发了专利技术煤层燃烧器和飞灰 η 型分离复燃装置，
该技术采用强化炉排煤层燃烧、分离飞灰重新送入炉内，以加快煤的燃烧速度、有效延长飞灰颗粒在炉膛内的停留时间，
减少灰渣含碳量，提高煤炭燃烧效率。

[ Abstract ] Based on the study of coal combustion process and coal particle combustion mechanism of chain grate stoker, the patented
technology of coal seam burner and fly ash was developed η In order to speed up the combustion speed of coal, effectively extend the
residence time of fly ash particles in the furnace, reduce the carbon content of ash and improve the combustion efficiency of coal, a new type
of separation and reburning device is proposed.

燃煤链条锅炉因其炉排类似于链条式履带而得名，属层状
燃烧。由于燃煤链条锅炉燃烧的固有特性，煤炭在炉排上着火
燃烧速度缓慢、飞灰燃烬困难，其本身设计热效率偏低。链条
锅炉燃烧过程对煤种和颗粒度有一定的要求，而市场上煤的供
应难以满足设计要求。因而链条锅炉实际运行热效率往往比设
计值更低，节能潜力非常大。
