【摘要】 目的 ：探究小儿肺炎患者经品管圈法护理的效果，评价队列研究在小儿
肺炎护理中的价值，为儿科小儿肺炎的护理管理提供一定的参考。方法：对研究对象
进行短期队列研究，随访两周后应用调查表进行调查，采用相对危险度 RR 对相关评价
项目进行比较。结果：发热症状、食量减少、哭闹次数增多、呼吸深度变化、腹胀项
目上差异均有统计学意义（p<），在其它项目上差异均无统计学意义
（p>）。相对危险度比较结果显示，RR 值均小于 1，变化范围为 至 。
当 RR 值小于 1 即暴露可能为保护因素，即该因素存在可能降低疾病以及症状的发生
率，当 RR 值大于 1 即暴露可能为危险因素，即该因素存在可能增加疾病以及症状发
生率。结论 ：本次队列研究有一定的临床意义，对小儿肺炎患者经品管圈法护理效果
进行了初步探究，品管圈护理法具有一定的参考价值。

Study on the effect of pediatric pneumonia by quality
circle nursing cohort study
Abstract [objective]: We make the study to explore the effect of quality control
circle nursing in pediatric pneumonia patients, and evaluate the value of cohort
study in nursing care of children with pneumonia, so as to provide some reference
for the nursing management of pediatric pneumonia in children. [Methods]: A short
term cohort study was conducted. After two weeks of follow-up, the questionnaire
was used to investigate and the relative risk RR was used to compare the related
evaluation items.[Results]: There were statistically significant differences in fever
symptoms, decreased appetite, increased number of crying, respiratory depth
changes, abdominal distension items (p<), and there was no significant
