生鲜农产品电商供应链风险分析

摘要针对生鲜农产品电商供应链的特点及存在的问题，在总结已有研究文献和专家访谈的基础上，对生鲜农产品电商供应链的重要
风险进行识别，运用层次分析法进行风险评估，结果表明: 企业可控风险影响最大，需要引起更多注意，资金流风险、信息流风险、物流风
险也需要重点防范。根据研究结果提出风险控制措施和解决办法，以期为相关研究提供借鉴。
