摘要
Secretary worldwide is the most extensive social professions, was also known as the world evergreen career. Along the knowledge economic information, the development of globalization, the secretary job knowledge content, information office means, the application of globalization observation of things vision for secretarial staff provided unprecedented opportunities for development, but also brings the severe challenges. Especially after China's entry into the "WTO" more severe.
