摘 要
本毕业设计为＊**＊＊＊＊＊＊＊****楼进行相应工程量计算以及施工组织设计。本工程建筑面积为7424m2,钢筋混凝土框架结构。本次设计的内容主要分为两部分：第一部分：每人计算一部分工程量，小组汇总后，套相关的消耗量定额，得出本工程的费用和材料、机械消耗情况;第二部分：施工组织设计，对本工程进行施工组织设计，根据本工程的特点和施工条件合理划分施工段并确定施工流向，选择合理的施工方案，根据计算合理安排堆场位置以及人力资源运用，使人力、物力和资源达到最优配比，创造更多的经济效益。

ABSTRACT
The graduation project is on Qingdao University laboratory building A for the appropriate calculation of amount of engineering and construction organization design. The project construction area is 7424 square meters and it is a reinforced concrete frame structure. The content of graduation project is divided into two main parts： the first part： each part of the calculation of gross output， and then to aggregate them together ， the consumption sets of the fixed and the list of projects, come to the cost of the project and materials, machinery consumption circumstances； Part II: Construction of organizational design, the construction of the project design, in accordance with the characteristics of the project and construction conditions of a reasonable division of construction and construction of the flow above, select 个人收集整理，勿做商业用途个人收集整理，勿做商业用途
