贵阳市装饰装修管理暂行办法
第一章总则
第一条为加强装饰装修活动的管理，规范市场秩序，保障装饰装修的工程质量和安全，维护公共利益和装饰装修活动当事人、利害关系人的合法权益，根据《中华人民共和国建筑法》、《建设工程质量管理条例》、《物业管理条例》、《贵州省建筑市场管理条例》、《贵阳市房屋使用安全管理条例》、《住宅室内装饰装修管理办法》等法律、法规、规章的规定，结合本市实际，制定本办法。
第二条在本市行政区域内从事装饰装修活动以及实施对装饰装修活动的监督管理，应当遵守本办法。
本办法所称装饰装修，是指使用装饰装修材料，对建筑物、构筑物外表和内部进行修饰处理的活动，包括公共建筑装饰装修（含玻璃幕墙工程）和住宅装饰装修。
本办法所称装饰装修人，是指对建筑物、构筑物进行装饰装修的建设单位、所有权人或者使用人。
第三条装饰装修活动应当遵守城市规划、建筑节能、工程质量、安全生产、消防、抗震、环境保护、城管、物业管理等有关规定，不得损害国家利益、社会公共利益和他人的合法权益。

鼓励房地产开发企业对新建商品住宅提供装饰装修的成品房和选单式装饰装修的精品房交付使用，提倡逐步减少毛坯房供应。
第四条市住房和城乡建设行政主管部门负责全市装饰装修活动的监督指导管理工作，所属装饰装修管理机构负责日常工作。
区、县（市）住房和城乡建设行政主管部门负责本辖区内装饰装修活动的监督管理工作。
工商、城乡规划、公安消防、环保、质量技术监督、城管（城市综合执法）、税务、统计等行政管理部门，按照各自职责，协同做好装饰装修有关的
