岳阳市国家森林城市建设规划研究

摘 要：本文从国家层面、湖南省层面对岳 阳 市 国 家 森 林 城 市 建 设 的 背 景 进 行 了 分 析，提 出 了 岳 阳”创
森”的总体目标，以及“千年山水古郡，大美森林岳阳”的规划愿景。结合岳阳市自然条件及城市发展格
局，规划形成“一核六极、一江一湖、三网多点”的全域空间总体布局。在此基础上，结合《国家森林城市
评价指标》相关要求，设立“森林生态 体 系、森 林 健 康 体 系、生 态 福 利 体 系、生 态 文 化 体 系 和 支 撑 保 障 体
系”五大规划体系，有针对性地布局工程项目，稳步推进岳阳森林城市建设。
