论文题目：论我国弱势群体的社会保障问题
摘 要
对弱势群体权益的保护是经济发展的基础和前提，而经济发展是弱势群体权益保障的保障，二者是缺一不可的整体，如果弱势群体的权益缺乏最起码的保障，就会有数以亿计的公民挣扎在生活的最边缘，社会稳定局面就可想而知，弱势群体的社会保障问题，是影响我国社会主义建设和谐社会的主要因素之一。因此关注弱势群体、关爱弱势群体、帮助引导他们学会自食其力，才是我们全社会对弱势群体最好的保障。本文首先阐述了社会弱势群体的内涵及基本特征，然后指出了当前我国弱势群体社会保障方面存在的主要问题和在弱势群体社会保障工作中取得的实效，最后提出了解决弱势群体社会保障问题的有力举措。
