基于图像处理技术的小模数齿轮参数研究

摘要:针对小模数齿轮参数在实际测量中的困难,本文提出了基于图像处理技术对小模数齿轮的齿形误差的测量,该方法是一种非接触测量,能够解决传统测量中许多不便解决的问题。在测量中,首先进展图像采集,对采集的图像进展预处理、边缘检测和图像测量。其次,还要建立合理的坐标系,确定圆心、进展定标和坐标统一。并在分析传统齿形误差测量方法的根底上建立测量数学模型,完成整个测量过程。实验说明,图像法测量小模数齿轮齿形误差具有高精度、高效率、主观误差小的特点,对小模数齿轮齿形误差的测量是一个有效的途径。

Abstract: Aimed at the difficulties in small module gear parameters in actual measurement is proposed in this paper based on image processing technology of small module gear tooth profile error measurement, this method is a non-contact measurement, can solve problems that traditional measurement in a lot of inconvenience. In measurement, firstly is image acquisition, the acquisition of image preprocessing, edge detection and image measurement. Secondly, to establish a reasonable coordinate system, to determine the center of the circle, to calibrate and to unified the coordination. And on the basis of analyzing the traditional tooth profile error measuring method has set up the measuring mathematical model, complete the whole measurement process. Experiments show that the method of image measurement of small module gear tooth profile error has the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency and subjective error is small, the error of small module gear tooth profile measurement is an effective way.
