基于太湖流域跨界水污染补偿机制研究
【摘要】：随着人类经济社会的开展，由此而带来的广泛的各种物质需求，使得自然界无法承当这种急剧膨胀的需求，导致生态环境日益恶化，因此建立切实有效地生态保护机制是迫在眉睫的。建立流域生态保护机制也随着社会对环境的重视而进入人们的视野。本文以太湖流域为例，利用生态恢复本钱法，以全国26家污水处理厂的处理数据为根底，构造所需变量，以确定各责任主体应承当的生态责任，从根本上探求如何有效地去解决跨界水流域的生态保护问题。

Abstract: With the economic and social development of mankind, that lead to a wide range of material demands, makes the natural world can not afford the demands of this rapidly expanding, so the result is deteriorating ecological environment, and then the establishment of effective mechanisms for ecological protection is establishment of the mechanism of ecological conservation is being consider because the society pay attention to the environment.
