盘县广播电视台属财政差额拨款的副科级事业单位，隶属于盘县文体广电旅游局，1996年12月由原盘县人民广播电台、电视台、有线电视台合并而成。2008年10月，有线电视网络分离出去后，主要业务工作分为电视新闻宣传、广播节目创办、广告创收三个方面。有广播电视大楼一栋，面积4000平方米，位于红果50大街。有发射台两座，分别位于西冲镇大尖山山顶和城关镇对门山环城路边。根据工作需要，设有办公室、新闻中心、专题部、广告文艺部、总编室、播控部、大尖山转播台7个部室。现有在职职工50人，其中台长１人，副台长3人。有退休人员18人，临时聘用人员23人。全台共有85
