关于城市绿地使用频率的研究--以济南市为例

摘要
现代城市的科技越来越进步,人们的生活水平越来越高,但环境却越来越恶劣。城
市绿地因其独特的功能,倍受人们关注,但城市绿地在使用中出现了许多不容忽视的问
题,与使用者的要求有一定差距。
近年来研究关于城市绿地使用状况的课题增多,本文从使用者角度研究城市绿地使
用频率,采用使用状况评价法(POE),运用社会学研究方法收集有关资料,了解游人的
心理特征,了解使用者真正的需求,体现“以人为本”的思想,并综合一些城市绿地的
实际使用状况,提炼出与绿地使用频率有关的相关因子,进行整理、分析,加以整理,
得出各因子与城市绿地使用频率之间的关系,并根据这些关系提出相应的优化绿地设计
或管理方面的意见,找出降低绿地使用频率的原因,改进阻碍绿地使用的弊端,这对提
高城市绿地的使用效率,有效利用城市土地资源均具有重要的现实意义和理论意义。
论文对泉城济南的趵突泉公园、泉城广场、五龙潭公园和大明湖公园进行实地勘察,
结合问卷调查和随机访谈等,比较分析调查结果,论文客观的反映了济南四大城市绿地
的使用状况,并得出影响绿地使用频率的因素主要有来园距离、来园手段、来园理由和
对绿地的满意度四个方面,与绿地规模无关。其中来园理由和绿地满意度是通过绿地内
在因素(水景优美、空气清新、能亲水、有休息设施、广场等)对绿地使用频率起作用
和积极影响的。
最后论文依据影响绿地使用频率的因素,提出确定合理的服务半径,空间、设施多
样化,满足不同人需求、形成独特的绿地风格,丰富植物造景,增加绿地吸引力等建议,
并且认为做进一步的细致的研究来园距离和交通手段对绿地使用频率的影响,尤其是绿
地内在的因素对绿地使用频率影响机理的研究是今后研究的课题之一。

Abstract
With the increasing progress of high-tech in modern cities and the rising living standards
of people, urban green space is gaining much more public attentions due to its unique
functions in the worsening living environment. But, it couldn’t be neglected that the
development of urban green space has aroused different sorts of problems which could be
controversial to users.
This paper mainly discusses the frequencies of urban green space from the users’ angels,
applying the POE and collecting relevant materials by using sociology research methods. It
also proposes the determinants of frequencies on the basis of tourists’ psychological
characters, real demands of users and human-orientated thoughts, which offers suggestions for
designing and administrations and discovery of the causes of frequencies’ dropping. And it
maintains significant practical and theoretical meanings to enhance the usage frequencies of
green space.
