小切口修剪联合多功能电离子清除顶泌汗腺治疗腋臭
[摘要]目的:探讨小切口修剪联合多功能电离子清除顶泌汗腺治疗腋臭的疗效。方法:2009年1月至 20015年3月笔者应用小切口修剪联合多功能电离子清除顶泌汗腺治疗腋臭258例(女性158例,男性100 例),术后术区碎纱布团缝线压迫固定外用弹力绷带包扎固定。所有患者均获随访,最短时间为3个月。结果:258例中,235例(%)患者获满意疗效,无臭味残留;10例(%)出现切口边缘5mm以内皮肤坏死;8例(%)发生单侧血肿;5例(%)单侧气味残留。结论:小切口修剪联合多功能电离子清除顶泌汗腺治疗腋臭获得满意疗效,术区局部形态良好。

Abstract: Objective To investigate effects of a small incision triming combined with multi-function ion therapeutic machine remove apocrine sweat glands in treatment of osmidrosis. Methods 258 cases(158 female,100 male)of osmidrosis were treated by a small incision triming combined with multi-function ion therapeutic machine remove apocrine sweat glands from January 2009 to March area was oppressed by broken gauze group and was fixed externally by elastic patients were followed up for three months at least. Results All cases,there were 235 patients(%)were satisfactory and none odor residual,10 cases(%)occured skin necrosis within 5mm incision edge,8 cases(%)occured unilateral hematoma,5 cases(%)occured unilateral residual odor. Conclusion Trim a small incision combined with multi-function ion therapeutic machine remove apocrine sweat glands in treatment of osmidrosis obtain satisfactory effect and partial shape are good in the surgical area.

本科室2009年1月-2015年3月,收治腋臭患者258例。应用小切口修剪联合多功能电离子清除顶泌汗腺方法治疗腋臭,获得满意治疗效果,现将相关手术要点报道如下。
1 临床资料
本组病例共258例,其中女性158例,男性100 例,年龄15~57岁,均为双侧异味其中15例为激光治疗无效,8例为微创腋臭手术后仍有异味患者。
2 手术方法
设计
患者取平卧位,双上肢外展、屈肘、双手放于头上部,剃去腋毛。用记号笔沿腋毛区边缘外1cm处标记术区,于腋窝部标记区中部皱襞内画一条长约3cm的切口线。
麻醉
采用2%利多卡因20ml,%***化钠200ml中稀释,肾上腺素浓度为1:200 000,在两侧术区皮下进行肿胀浸润注射,每一侧用量约50~80ml。
操作方法
局部术区常规碘伏消毒皮肤,铺无菌巾,肿胀麻醉后按切口线切开皮肤皮,于皮下浅筋膜浅层用弯剪沿此平面钝锐性交替分离两侧皮瓣。分离完毕后将
