三、今后社区党建工作的想法
（一）、夯实基础，认真落实社区党组织实体化建设。一是加强社区领导班子建设。在配强社区党组织领导班子的同时，应对社区兼职党支部书记在政策待遇上给予一定的支持；还应采取竞聘、内育等方式，配备一名党务专干，是社区党总支部书记能从大量繁杂而具体的党务工作中抽出身，去谋划和创新适合社区发展实际的工作思路。二是加强社
