二、履行工会职能 促进民主管理
工会紧紧围绕公司生产经营目标，注重发挥职工的主力军作用，从政治上保证职工的主人翁地位，增强了企业的向心力和凝聚力；从制度上加强企业民主管理，坚持每年召开一至两次职工代表大会，凡是涉及企业改革发展的重大事项，关系职工切身利益的重大问题，都提交职代会或工会委员会进行审议决定，畅通了职工参与企业经营管理的渠道；从职能上维护职工的合法权益，极大地调动了广大职工投身生产经营建设的积极性和创造性。在公司上下形成了党支部领导重视职工当家作主、行政领导支持职工当家作主、工会引导和组织职工当家作主的良好格局。
职工的责任意识和发展意识得到了增强；改善了干群关系。 积极推进厂务公开，不断完善民主监督制度的落实，公司对厂务公开的广度、深度、内容和形式做了进一步的扩展，凡是职工群众关心的事情，从形式、程序等方面进行了规范，公司下属各部门分别成立了厂、所、队委会；实行厂、所、队务公开，公司厂务公开专栏设置在公司院内显著位置，每月进行一次事项公开，主动接受职工群众监督。
