摘 要
20世纪中期开始,空气源热泵机组就有了很大的发展。随着民族经济的发展和
人民生活水平的提高,空气源热泵广泛用于中国大部分地区,源于它的优点。例如
高效率、节能、使用经济等。本论文根据给定的工况对空气源热泵进行设计。
在这篇论文中,主要内容是通过相关的理论计算对空气源热泵冷凝器和蒸发器
进行设计,并选择合适的压缩机和节流机构。而且,在理论计算与设备选型的过程
中进行换热面积、有效管长、COP等方面的校核,尽量使设备选型与理论计算的参数
接近,减小误差,使设计出来的设备具有更高的经济性、实用性,除此之外,还模
拟了三维实体图形以及CAD视图。通过这次设计过程中不断地探索、求解,我可以将
理论运用于设计之中,并且能够更好更全面的掌握小型制冷装置的基本设计方法。
而且对于所学习到的相关专业知识融会贯通,将理论计算与实际应用完美结合。

Abstract
Since the mid-20th century, the air source heat pump will have a great
development. With the national economic development and improvement of living
standards, air source heat pump is widely used in most parts of China, due to its
advantages. Such as high efficiency, energy saving, and economical. This report is
based on the given conditions of air source heat pump design.
In this paper, mainly through theoretical calculations related to air-source heat
pump condenser and evaporator design, and select the appropriate compressor and
throttle body. Moreover, theoretical calculations and equipment selection process for
heat transfer area, effective length, COP, been check, as far as possible
equipment selection and calculation of parameters close to reduce the error, so that the
equipment is designed higher economic, practical, in addition, also simulated
three-dimensional solid graphics and CAD view. Through the design process and
continually explore, solve, I can theory is used in the design, and can better and more
comprehensive grasp of the basic design of small refrigeration unit method. But also
learned to digest the relevant professional knowledge, theoretical and practical
application will be the perfect combination.
