校园文化具有导向作用、规范作用、筛选作用、激励作用、凝聚作用、塑造作用。要构建和谐的精神文化、师生文化、学生文化、校园文化、环境文化、家校文化。要注重文化育人，要以精神文化为核心，以物质文化为基础，以制度文化为保障，以行为文化为重点，大力加强学校文化建设。要以塑造学校形象和提炼学校精神为重点，以比较优势和特色创新为核心，以培育服务作风、教风、学风“三位一体”的优良校风为目标，深入开展高品位、宽覆盖、多形式、主题鲜明、雅俗共赏、特色明显的校园文化活动。要提升学校环境建设的文化内涵和层次，营造有利于“三生教育”的良好校园文化环境。
