摘 要

随着全球化的发展，中国经济实力越来越强，与世界各方面的联系也越来越
紧密。在我国，许多官方组织都与外国政府或者机构建立了合作关系。在他们的
交流过程中，官方文件的翻译扮演着一个重要的角色。本论文以费米尔的翻译目
的论为基础，旨在通过词汇和句法两个层次，探讨官方文件翻译中遇到的难点和
解决的策略，希望通过分析和总结该类文件的翻译经验，以获得全面系统的翻译
方法与策略。通过分析发现，在翻译官方文件时，为了尊重读者的感受，必须灵
活地使用不同的翻译策略，使翻译在尊重原意的基础上，更加简洁易懂。
