文档介绍:哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文摘要企业战略管理是现代企业有效的管理模式,是保证企业在日新月异的新世纪里再创辉煌的可靠保证,是建设有中国特色的企业管理现代化的主要途径。企业发展战略的研究和管理己成为我国企业适应形势、突破重围、开拓国际市场、提高竞争能力、参与世界经济大循环的重要保证。本文首先对大庆石化总厂的外部环境(包括市场需求变化、经济全球化与跨国公司的竞争、政府政策的影响)和内部环境(企业技术力量、企业经营状况)进行考察,分别运用EFE矩阵和IFE矩阵法进行分析,找出其优势、劣势、机会、威胁。再运用SWOT的分析方法将企业的优势、劣势与环境中的机会、威胁进行配对分析,扬长避短,形成大庆石化总厂的战略思想和战略目标。同时,根据企业的实际情况,在企业总体战略目标的指导下,制定大庆石化总厂的发展战略。提出创建学习型企业,提高员工综合素质;追随战略实施步调,进一步完善组织结构;加强企业文化建设,坚持以人力资源能力为主题:建立决策支持信息系统,及时实施战略控制;建立创新机制,提升企业竞争力等措旖。关键词企业发展战略:SWOT分析:EFE矩阵分析;IFE矩阵分析哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文 Abstract Enterprise’S strategic management is a modern enterprise。S effective management mode,guarantee thereliable assurance achieving more glorious resultsinthenew century withrapid change ofenterprises,it is amain way to buildmodernization ofmanagement ofenterprise with Chinese characteristics.
