Remark: 7 days before and after parameter change are evaluation period
Before Parameter Change: 14th Apr– 20th Apr 2011
After Parameter Change: 22nd Apr– 28th Apr 2011
Code Tree Blocking Rate (%)
After Code Tree parameter change, there are the increment of code blocking parison period and the abnormal high code blocking during 27-29 April is caused by RN311
From monitoring, KPI is recovered back to normal
Code Tree Blocking Rate (%)
High Code Blocking site in RN311 during 27-29 April is caused by HTC Sites, 1332U and 1555U

Although, the increment of code blocking is observed but it doesn’t show the impact on end user experience
The increment of high bit rate usage on both layers are observed
