一、医患关系及其特点
（一）医患关系的定义
关系一词的定义：1. 事物之间的相互关系、相互影响的状况；2. 人和人或人和事之间的某种性质的联系；3. 关联和牵涉；4. 对有关事物的影响和重要性；5. 表明与某种组织有关的证件。

人际关系是指在生产和社会活动中，人与人相互接触、交往，并相互影响、作用所产生的关系。医患关系是指医务人员为一方，以病人为另一方的人际关系，是人际关系在医疗环境下具体化的形式。

医患关系是医疗机关与患者及家属之间因诊疗、护理行为而产生的权利义务关系，是一种医疗服务合同关系，属于民事法律关系。
