当前,社会不断进步,科技迅猛发展,文化日益繁荣,教师必须不断学习,
提高自身的专业素养和能力,才能适应时代的发展和教育的变革。而重视班主任
的专业素质培养,是促进学校教育可持续发展的基础。只有通过专业化发展,拥
有可持续发展能力的教师才能始终站在社会进步的前沿。因此,我们需要不断探
索创新,寻找到适合班主任专业化发展的培养方式。
笔者认为班主任的专业化发展,必须在理论的指导下,紧密结合实践,从班
主任具体工作入手,以发展性眼光认识教育问题,着重从班主任现有的能力和经
历出发,注重分层,从不同的分层中确定不同的发展方向,并个性化地立体培养
班主任的专业化水平。班主任分层培养方法的研究,正是基于这样的要求而设立
的。通过助理型班主任、学习型班主任、骨干型班主任、特色型班主任、导师型
班主任等五个层次的培养模式,我们将班主任专业发展这个难题较好地予以破
解。从而,在这样的培养的实践过程中,使班主任真实地认识自我,提升自己的
基本素质,发展自己的专业化水平,最终促进了学校德育工作的发展。

Abstract
At present, the social progress, the rapid development of science and technology,
culture flourishes increasingly, which requests the class teacher to continue learning
and improving their professional quality and ability, then adapt to the development of
the times and education reform. The importance of the class teacher professional
quality is the basis of sustainable development of school education. Through
professional development, the sustainable development capacity of the class teacher
can always stand at the edge of social progress. Thus, we need to constantly explore
innovation, to find suitable training mode for class teachers’ professional
development.
The author thinks the class teachers’ professional development, must be under
the guidance of the theory, combining with practice, from the development of
understanding of education. It is mainly from the existing skills, experience, different
stratification identified in different directions, and personalized three-dimensional
culture of teachers’ specialization level. Based on this kind of requirements, the
research of training mode of class teachers’ professional stratification is set up.
Through the Assistant Class Teacher, the Learning Class Teacher, the Backbone Class
Teacher, the Characteristic Class Teacher and the Tutor-type Class Teacher’s training
requirement, we will break the problem of the head teacher professional development.
