文档介绍：利用工业副产石膏配制陶瓷模型石膏的研究刘丽娟1,王彦梅,谢波,朱旭(江苏一夫科技股份有限公司,南京211178) 摘要:本文首先采用脱硫建筑石膏作为模用石膏粉,分析了外加剂对模型石膏的改性作用; 然后研究了不同种类石膏混合对模型石膏性能的影响。通过本试验可以得到以下结论:掺入缓凝剂CA可以降低模型石膏的凝结膨胀率,%0时,与未掺缓凝剂的粉料相比,凝结膨胀率减小了56%:生石灰掺量为1%时,凝结膨胀率得到了明显下降,降低了40%;掺入石膏晶须能够提高模型石膏的吸水率,凝结膨胀率也有所降低,但其效果不如缓凝剂CA和生石灰:在脱硫石膏中混入硝硫基石膏,对凝结膨胀率、吸水率等有一定的改善作用,但其掺量要适宜,本文最终确定掺量为20%。关键词:模型石膏;外加剂;膨胀率:硝硫基石膏;石膏晶须 Study on the model gypsum using by industrial by’-‘produc t gyp sum Liu Lijuan,Wang Yanmei,Xie Bo,Zhu Xu (Jiangsu efful science and technology CO.,ltd,Nanjing 211178) Abstract:In thiS study,relatire theory such as the influence of admixture on desulphurization gypsum,thinfluence ofdifferent gypsum the experimental study can get the following conclusions:The retarder can decrease the setting expansion rate of modle the dosage ‰.the setting expansion rate iS decreased by 56%:When the dosage of 1ime iS 1%,he setting expansion rate iSdecreased by 40%:Incorporation of gypsum whiskers can improve absorption and reduce the setting expansion rate;Certain properties can beimproved with the incorporation of the nitro group in this study the dosage of the nitro group gypsum iS20%.
