摘要
近年来,党中央非常重视“三农”问题,并将其列入全党工作的重要日程。
改革开放初期,“三农”问题主要集中在生产领域,即如何扩大种植面积和提高
单位产量;如今,我有了突破性进展,农产品单位产量明显提高,
“三农”问题的重点转向农产品流通领域,如何提高农产品物流的配送效率、降
低各种费用成本、提高农产品附加值成为当下农业须解决的主要问题。
提高农产品的物流配送效率,关键还在对物流配送中心的选址,科学合理的
选址对降低各种运输费用、提高配送和运营效率具有重要影响。目前理论界的研
究主要集中在物流配送上,并取得一定成就,而对物流配送中心选址的研究还处
于起步阶段,因此,本文主要研究农产品物流配送中心选址,以期对综合农产品
物流配送中心在选址方法上提供借鉴。
本文首先阐述我国农产品物流发展的背景及我国发展农产品物流的重要意
义,总结国内外学者关于农产品物流选址的理论研究,提出本文的研究思路和论
文框架。结合我国农产品物流的发展现状建立离散型数学模型,对各备选配送中
心在同等条件下以最小成本为目标函数,计算农产品物流配送中心选址过程中的
运输费用、发货费用、运营费用、土地费用、仓储费用等,并采用较为成熟的
AHP 模糊综合评价方法对选址结果进行检验,以期使该数学模型对农产品物流配
送中心的选址更具实际意义。最后以 W 市为例,对模型进行实际运用,采用上述
验证方法,选取基础设施、经济效益、社会效益建立评价指标体系对计算结果进
行检验,如果检验结果和计算结果一致,说明该备选地点可选用,否则须对模型
进行修正。

Abstract
In recent years, the CPC mittee have been took the "three rural"
issue as a top priority problem of the party's work. Before the reform and opening,the
"three rural" issue is mainly concentrated in the areas of production, how to expand
the planting area and increasing food production;After the reform and opening, the
agricultural technology of china improvement continuously, the unit of production of
agricultural products has been improved significantly, now the "three rural" issue
focus on the circulation of agricultural products, how to improve the efficiency of the
flow of agricultural products, reduce the logistics costs, increasing the agricultural
added value has e the main problems of contemporary agriculture.
How to reduce logistics costs and improve the efficiency of agricultural products
logistics, the key lies in the sitting of the agricultural products logistics center, the site
location has an important impact to reduce the logistics costs of agricultural products
and improve the delivery
