文档介绍：大连理工大学硕士学位论文摘要生态工业园通过物质流和能量流传递等方式把不同工厂或企业连接起来,形成共享资源和互换副产品的产业共生组合,能有效实现园区经济、社会和环境效益的协调发展, 成为世界范围内工业园区未来发展的主要方向,园区规划设计也成为生态工业园区研究的热点课题之一。论文介绍了生态工业园的定义、特征属性、类型和发展模式,并回顾了国内外生态工业园研究和建设的历程和成果,认识到目前关于生态工业园区的研究大多集中在清洁生产、产业链构建等产业规划和设计方面,对园区空间布局设计缺乏足够的重视。在此基础上,阐述了课题的研究背景、研究意义、研究目的和技术路线,并结合工业生态学、景观生态学和规划学科的相关理论,辨识了空间规划与产业规划的关系,探索了园区空间布局的意义。论文从网络式空间体系的角度探索了空间规划的方法技术,借鉴并改进了国外城市规划的先进理论一双网络策略S2N,并通过大连金石IT产业园的案例进行验证,构建出完整的空间网络;运用系统布置设计(SLP)的理论,分别从产业链中企业类型和企业间物流关系出发,探讨生态工业园区企业布置的流程和方式,实现企业空间布局与产业链之间的耦合,探讨出适合我国现有生态工业园类型的空间布局模式,并结合大连经济技术开发区的实例,进行工业群落的布置;提出通过生态性建设招标保障规划的实施,对园区建设绿色招标实施的具体步骤和方法进行了探索性研究,建立了绿色招标方法的体系框架,提出园区招标的“绿点"和评标方法,并应用于大连金石创研大厦的建设工程招标,论证了生态性建设招标的可行性。关键词:生态工业园;空间布局;网络空间体系;企业链接强度;绿色招标生态工业园空间规划方法研究 Study onMethodology ofSpatial Planning ofEIP Abstract Integrating the various factories and enterprises、厕th material and energy flow transformation,Eco—industrial Park(EIP)could establish resource sharing and byproduct exchanging industrial clusterand achieve the integral maximization ofeconomic benefit, social benefitand environmental benefit ,EIP isthemain developing direction ofworld’Sindustrialpark inthefuture,and theresearch onplanning and designing ofEIP hasattracted awide spread attention. 曩瓣definition,characteristics,types and development patterns ofEIP wereintroduced, and thehistory,domestic and overseas achievements and thedeficiency of EIP construction were summarized majority of recent investigation focused on industrial planning such ascleanerproduction andindustrial chain design,the planning and design associate withspatial structure deserve on thisdeficiency,the paper firstly illustrated thebackground,signification,purpose ofthesubject aswell asthe technical route ,the theories ofecology industry,landscape ecology, andplanning science ,the connotation ofthe EIP spatial planning and therelationship between spatialplanning andindustrialplanning werestudi
