Dualistic Structure Switch, Economic Opening and Changing Trend of e Distribution
------------ An Experiential Survey Based on China
[Abstract]:
It exist extensive controversy on the problem that if there is an inverted-U changing trend in the process of dualistic structure switch between urban and rural, one the other hand, the result of this controversy can 8>be affected heavily by the economic opening. To give an analysis on the actual changing trend under the dual restriction of simultaneous push in economic opening and dualistic structure switch, this paper put forward a dual-binary analytic framework which including urban opening sector, urban closing sector, rural opening sector and rural closing sector, and carry a dynamic mending based on the conception of horizontal transference and vertical flex. On the basis of these, this paper gives an experiential explanation of overall characteristic and basic trend in China’s e distribution changing since 1978. Conclusion of positive analysis supported the validity of this dynamic analytic framework, and the analytic e of this paper revealed that enormous difference between urban and rural is the basic cause for the inverted-U changing trend in Chinese e gap, and controlling the e gap in urban sector and between urban and rural are the two effective policy tools which can promote the benign changing of e distribution in china. On the other hand, opening affects actual realizing formation of this process heavily, and if we want to realize the optimization of our country’s e distribution as a whole under the condition of opening ,we must push some reforms ,they are, promoting the reforming course of economic syst
