theimplementationregulationsareformulatedinaccordancewiththecorporateincome
taxlawofthepeople'srepublicofchina(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"corporateincome
taxlaw").

"soleproprietorshipenterprises"and"partnershipenterprises"asstatedinarticle1ofthe
corporateincometaxlawshallrefertosoleproprietorshipenterprisesandpartnership
enterprisesthatareestablishedinaccordancewiththelawsandadministrativeregulationsof
china.

"anenterprisewhichisestablishedinaccordancewiththelawsinchina"asstatedinarticle
2ofthecorporateincometaxlawshallincludeenterprises,publicinstitutions,social
organizationsandotherincomegeneratingorganizationsthatareestablishedinchinain
accordancewiththelawsandadministrativeregulationsofchina.
