[摘要]
本文主要讲述与氨纶包芯纱相关的一些丁艺设计。包括包芯纱的结构、包芯纱的特点及氨纶包芯纱的应用，以及氨纶包芯纱在环锭细纱机和新型纺纱机上的纺制。为了更好地纺制氨纶包芯纱，针对加工过程中出现的问题进行了总结，并提出了相应的解决方法。同时，又系统的介绍了氨纶包芯纱的产品设计，分别介绍了原料的选择、氨纶预牵伸倍数的设计以及包芯纱特数和芯丝含量的计算以及捻系数的选择。

[Summary]
This article focuses on some of the technology associated with the spandex core-spun yarn design. Including core-spun yam structure, characteristics of core-spun yarn and its application of spandex core-spun yam, and urethane elastic fibre core-spun yarn on ring spinning machines and a new spinning machine spinning. In order to better production of spandex core-spun yarn, summarizes the response to problems in the process, and to propose appropriate the same time, systematic introduction of urethane elastic fibre core-spun yarn products design, introduced multiple selection of raw materials, spandex-stretching the design and the number of core-spun yarn and calculate the content of core wire and twist factors for selection. 一、包芯纱的结构
包芯纱是由两种或两种以上的纤维组成的皮芯结构的纱。一部分纤维被限制在成纱的轴线上，称为芯纱，原料为长丝或细特短纤纱；另一部分纤维包覆在纱的外层，称为纱皮，原料为短纤维，两部分纤维界限分明。芯丝和外包纤维紧密相附，在加工或使用过程中不会造成纤维剥离或滑移。
二、包芯纱的特性
包芯纱的特点在于将纱芯和纱皮两个部分纤维的优点结合于一体。即包芯纱除在外观上具有皮纤维的全部特性外，内在质量又具有芯纤维的特点。
氨纶丝弹性好，其弹性伸长率可达500%—700%,弹性恢复率最高可达99%,初始模量小，纤维柔软，耐酸、耐碱
