摘要
小企业是促进经济社会发展的重要力量，为了规范小企业会计核算，财政部发布了《小企业会计准则》，并要求自2013年1月1日起在小企业范围内实施，《准则》对小企业资产、负债、收入、支出、现金流量、利润和税收的确认、计量和报告做了新的规范。针对小企业经济业务，《小企业会计准则》规定了与之相适应的会计核算方法。本文分析了小企业的范围，然后阐述小企业会计核算的特点，接着分析小企业进行会计核算的方法，最后提出如何提升小企业会计核算水平。

Abstract
Small businesses are an important force in promoting economic and social development, to standardize the accounting of small enterprises, the Ministry of Finance issued a "small business accounting standards", and implemented at the range of small enterprise since January 1, 2013, "guidelines" to small business assets, liabilities, income, expenditure, cash flow, profit and taxes confirm, measure and report the new specification.
