文档介绍:2010 中国铸造活动周论文集- 1 - 热处理对热挤压Al-Fe 基合金组织和性能的影响?李润霞,张佳,李青,栾新颖,袁晓光,李荣德 (沈阳工业大学材料科学与工程学院,辽宁沈阳 110870) 摘要: 本文研究了热挤压成形过共晶Al-5Fe 合金的热处理性能。研究表明,热挤压成形过共晶Al-5Fe 合金经固溶+时效的 T6 热处理后,合金的力学性能反而下降;而经热挤压成形后直接时效的 T1 热处理后, 合金的力学性显著升高。采用SEM,XRD 分析后发现,热挤压后Al-5Fe 合金的固溶处理不能起到溶解第二相的作用,反而使合金基体中过饱和的原子发生聚集长大,使合金固溶处理后力学性能反而降低。而进行低温时效处理时,在合金基体中形成大量的弥散分布的细小沉淀相,对合金起到了弥散强化的作用。 关键词: 热挤压;热处理;Al-Fe基合金;组织;性能 Effects of Heat Treatment on Micr ostructure and Properties of Hot Extrusion Al-Fe Based Alloy Li Run-Xia, Zhang Jia,Li Qing,Luan Xinying,Yuan Xiaoguang,Li Rongde (Shenyang University of Technology, Shenyang, 110870) Abstract: Effects of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical proper ties of hot extrusion Al-Fe-Cu-Mn-Zn-Mg alloy were investigated in this paper. The results indicated that after T6 heat treatment, mechanical properties of Al-Fe-Cu-Mn-Zn-Mg alloy were de creased, While after T1 heat treatment, it is obviously increased 。After SEM (scanning electron microscope), XRD (X-ray diffraction)observing, the solution treatment after hot extrusion can not solute the second phase but make the supersaturated atom in basal body assembled and grown, therefore its mechanical properties got reduced. Mo reover, when during T1 heat treatment of low aging treatment, a good deal of precipitates formed in basal body of alloy, which play dispersion-strengthening role to alloy. Key words: hot
