文档介绍：湖北省佛教寺院管理办法
为加强寺院管理，维护寺院的合法权益，保证佛教活动正常进行，根据中华人民共和国宪法和法律、法规、政策的有关规定，遵照佛教的教制教规，特制定本办法。
第一章 管理体制与寺院组织
第一条 寺院在政府宗教事务部门的行政领导下，由僧人自己管理;在教内，寺院受佛教协会的领导。
第二条 重点寺院，须按十方丛林制度建立和健全僧团组织。
第三条寺院住持，须根据选贤任能原则，由当地或上级佛教协会主持，经本寺两序大众民主协商推举礼请之;凡全国重点寺院，同时报中国佛教协会备案。住持每届任期三年，连选可连任;年老体弱不能主持寺务、领众熏修者，亦可创造条件提前退居。除特殊情况外，住持一般不宜兼任。住持在任期限内如道风严重不正或重大失职，经上一级佛教协会核实后予以免职;免除全国重点寺院住持职务，须报中国佛教协会审批。任免寺院住持，均须报相应政府宗教事务部门备案。
住持退位后，寺院应按传统办法，妥善安置照料。
僧团序职如首座、西堂、后堂、堂主等班首，列职如监院、知客、维那、僧值等执事由住持按照丛林请职制度和协商原则，定期任命、晋升序职人员，任免列职人员。
住持、班首、执事人选的条件是:爱国守法，具足正信，勤修三学，戒行清净，作风正派，有一定的佛学水平和组织办事能力。担任住持、班首，戒腊须十夏以上，担任主要执事，戒腊须三夏以上。
住持对外代表本寺，对内综理寺务。班首、执事各司其职，各尽其责，发扬六和精神，实行民主集中，管理寺院各方面工作。凡重大问题(包括撤免错误严重或极不称职的班首、执事职务)，由住持召集班首和主要执事及有关负责人员举行寺务会议，集体讨论决定。
第四条 寺院如确需设立寺务委员会，主任须由住持担任，由ultrasound 3 months; superficial vascular Sonography 1 month; Interventional Ultrasound 1 month. Writing principles of radiographic diagnostic report and complete schedule 1 to the diseases, the number of cases of report writing, requiring trainees diagnostic report written at least 50 a week. Familiar: principles of radiographic methods of observation and analysis, diagnosis, understanding of x-ray diagnostic value and clinical application of limits.
