文档介绍:摘要: 液压挖掘机是一种重要的工程机械,它的广泛应用对于减轻劳动量,保证工程质量,加快工程进度,提高劳动生产率起了巨大的作用。反铲工作装置由动臂,斗杆,动臂液压缸,斗杆液压缸和铲斗液压缸组成。本文根据液压挖掘机反铲装置的结构特点和工作原理,对其各主要机构进行了运动学分析。并在此基础上,根据设计说明书的设计要求,结合各机构的工作特点和设计要求,在对各机构分析计算的同时,结合构件已知尺寸参数,算出各机构中构件的其它参数,为各构件的结构设计提供数据支撑。挖掘力是衡量挖掘机挖掘能力的重要参数。挖掘力是由各液压缸中的油液压力提供的,是主动力。最大挖掘力的实现受诸多因素的制约,它是工作装置各铰点受力分析的基础。挖掘阻力不仅与铲斗的尺寸形状有关,还与挖掘对象有关, 是两者的综合反映。关键词: 液压挖掘机反铲装置运动分析参数设计力学分析 Abstract : Hydraulic excavator is an important engineering machinery.
