The core point in improving our innovation and competition lies in optimizing the
utility of the technology information product. However, in fact, the low efficiency of
transferring the technology information product into actual use dues to that the investors
have a vague realization of the utility and the cost of the technology information product.
Therefore, lots of researches focus on how to make full use of the technology
information product. And the most direct way to solve this problem is to form the
rational price for technology information product. Through analyzing the pricing
mechanism of technical information product, a method based on the consumer value
was proposed in the background of existing technical information products theory.
First of all, the widely used 3 level discrimination pricing and the bundling pricing
for technology information products were analyzed and point out that both methods
have limitations: the leading role of the consumers cannot be highlighted.
