文档介绍：西安城市扩张下的郊区新农村规划刍议摘要二十世纪九十年代以来,我国城市化进程进入了加速阶段,城市扩张不断加快,城市郊区的农村在城市扩张的冲击下,其产业结构、生产方式和生活环境、生活方式等不断发生着深刻的变化,也引发了许多矛盾和问题,诸如村庄建设用地布局不合理、建设无规划、土地资源浪费等等。长期以来,城市规划及其公共设施服务的对象主要是城市居民,规划建设也以城市为主,而农村的规划和建设一直被忽视,:土地没有集约化使用,各类设施严重缺乏, 环境卫生条件差等。当前,许多大城市郊区的农村地区不仅没有起到对城市空间的调节作用,反而成为影响城市景观、滋生城市问题的边缘空间。基于此,本文选取西安城市郊区的典型农村地区进行研究,以期从规划角度提出城市空间扩张格局下解决农村规划建设问题的一些途径,为新时期农村发展建设提供理论依据和技术支撑。主要结论如下: (1)城市扩张对郊区农村产生积极和消极两方面的影响,积极影响主要表现在郊区土地集约化程度提高;基础设施不断完善;产业结构不断高级化;城市文明不断推进。消极影响主要表现在郊区农村建设用地布局混乱;导致“城中村”形成;地域特色景观的消失。(2)西安郊区的发展机制主要有两方面的因素:内部动力的推动和外部动力的吸引。内部动力主要表现在郊区农村乡镇产业和城市农业的发展,外部动力主要表现在离心城市化作用下,中心城市扩张的带动.
