摘要
让学生拥有良好的思想道德，学****品质以及和谐的人格，是现代教育的主要任务。作为一名工作在德育前线的工作者，我们有责任为学生树立正确的人生导向。而班主任，一个班级的组织者和教育者，与学生接触的时间最长，就更应肩负起培养学生、塑造学生的重要职责。赏识教育是一种理念，也是一种教育手段和方法，它的激励作用具有显著性和多样性。巧用赏识教育艺术，能极大的激发学生积极向上的品质。本文对赏识教育的含义，积极作用及在班主任工作中运用赏识教育的策略进行了论述。

Let the students have good ideological and moral, learning quality and harmonious personality, is the main task of modern education. As a work in front of moral education worker, we have a responsibility to set up the correct life guide for students. And the teacher in charge, a class of organizers and educators, and students contact the longest time, more should shoulder the important responsibility of the students, students.
