文档介绍：中文摘要随着知识经济的时代的到来,全球经济一体化进程的加剧,市场竞争也变得西益激烈,企业必须不断的通过提升其竞争力来适应环境的要求,两进行技术创新正是企业增加其竞争力的重要途径。如何全面、客观和公正的认识企业技术创新活动的绩效状况,掌握技术创新战略的实施情况,从那些方面来改进企业的技术创掰活动等,这些则都是技术创新绩效评价体系的任务。本文正是基于这样的目的展开研究的。本文以技术创新和续效评价的基本理论作为基础,简要的论述了企业技术创新绩效评价的作用和必要性,从企业的外部因素、内部因素和企业的创新网络三个是度分拆了它们对企韭技术创新活动的影响,并在此基础土根据绩效评价体系构建的要求和指标设置的原则,建立了企业技术创新的绩效评价指标体系。新的指标体系从技术剖新的产漱绩效和过程绩效两个角度滋发,分别设置指标,瑷定性和定量相结合的方式全面的表现出企业技术创新活动的成果。在评价方法上, 本文结合所设置指标的特点综合运用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊多级综合评价法为企业技术创新绩效评价体系建立了评价模型,并通过案例分析证明了本文所提出的企业技术创新绩效评价体系和方法的有效性,并对案例企业技术创新绩效改进提出了具有针对饿的意见。关键词: 技术创新绩效评价产出绩效过程绩效 ABSTRACT Along withtheenterprise’Sentry theknowledge-based economy ages,the global economic integration processes petition es increasingly intensive。Therefore,under such condition enterprises should continuously increase petitive ability toadapt totheenvironmental -Innovation is animportant means petitive ability ofenterprise。How tohave prehensive,external and impartial understanding oftheperformance of the enterprises, and how to getting a grip on the implementation of Technology—Innovation strategy,how todirect the enterprises to promote their technology innovation performance form differentaspects?All of theseproblems are themissions facedby theenterprises’technology innovation performance evaluation。 The goal ofthispaper istosolvethisproblem.
