【摘要】小儿厌食消瘦、性躁易怒、多动哭闹、咬齿磨牙、夜寐不安、食积发热、目眨、多汗、便干或溏等发病率逐渐升高，中医病因以肝旺脾虚最为常见。杨仁德副主任医师临证40余年，自拟健脾和胃、疏肝清热之柴胡青皮饮，临床疗效显著。

Analysis on the Experience of Chaihu Qingpiyin in Treating Children with Deficiency of Liver Strong Spleen deficiency Syndrome

Abstract：The incidence of anorexia， irritability， excessive crying， gnashing of teeth， sleep disorders， food accumulation leading to fever， frequent blinking， excessive sweating， and thin bowel movements in children has gradually increased. In traditional Chinese medicine， the most common cause is liver strong spleen deficiency. Yangrende associate chief physician has more than 40 years of clinical experience and creates Chaihuqingpiyin， which can enhance the spleen and stomach and clear liver fever.

“柴胡青皮饮”是云南省级第二批、第三批老中医师带徒导师杨仁德副主任医师多年的临床经验方，杨仁德运用此方加减治疗小儿肝旺脾虚证，取得确切疗效。笔者有幸跟师学****现将杨师运用此方治疗小儿肝旺脾虚证之经验介绍如下。
1中医对小儿肝旺脾虚证的认识
明代儿科医家万全在《幼科发挥》中提到“肝常有余，脾常不足者，此却是本脏之气也。盖肝乃少阳之气，儿之初生，如木方萌，乃少阳生长之气，渐而壮，故有余也。肠胃脆薄，谷气未充，此脾所不足也”，说明了小儿“肝常有余”、“脾常不足”的生理病理特点。随着现代生活水平的不断提高，有些家长对子女过于溺爱，使其容
