【摘要】：目的分析探讨多磺酸粘多糖乳膏与地奈德乳膏联合应用治疗婴儿湿疹的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年4月~2019年4月收治的的80例婴儿湿疹患儿作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组采用地奈德乳膏单一用药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合应用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗，对两组患儿的临床治疗效果展开对比分析。结果治疗前，两组患儿EASI积分比较无显著差异(P>)；治疗后，观察组患儿治疗1周后、2周后EASI积分均明显低于对照组，差异均无统计学意义(P<)；经比较，%%，差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论针对婴儿湿疹采用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏与地奈德乳膏联合治疗，临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
