文档介绍:大庆石油学院本科生毕业设计(论文) I 摘要在带压作业过程中,从实际考察工作经验得知,在不压井修井工作的油管起升过程中,并不能保证油管与接箍的水平位置不发生变化,从而会导致接箍探测器的准确性降低,在控制排压方面出现错误信息,引起闸板失效,造成损失。因此,有必要在接箍探测器空间位置附近安装抽油管扶正装置,以保证接箍探测器工作的安全性,准确性,可靠性。本设计的主要目的,就是要解决带压作业过程中,增加抽油管扶正装置,提高接箍探测的准确性,保证带压作业过程的安全, 进一步发挥带压作业过程在修井作业过程中的优势。该装置为了保证管柱的水平位置的稳定性,有四个接触点,使整个扶正体系达到平衡。同时为了保证接箍可以顺利通过扶正装置,且尽量减少摩擦,接触部分采用滚轮构。滚轮安装在活塞上。关键词: 带压作业;扶正装置;油套管; 接箍探测器大庆石油学院本科生毕业设计(论文) II Abstract In the process of operating under pressure, based on the experience of actual surveying work, the level position of oil tube and collar won ’tbe guaranteed tobenot changed and reduce accuracy of the collar finder in the lifting process of pressure balanced workover oil tube. This will make errors in the drain pressure controlling and cause accidents. Thus it’s necessary to install oil tube righting fittings near the spatial location of the collar finder, to ensure safety, accuracy and reliability of the collar finder. The main purpose of the design is to solve the problems of increasing the oil tube righting fittings and improving accuracy of the collar finder in the process of operating under pressure, thus ensuring the safety of operating under pressure and further to play its advantage in the process of well workover operation. The device has four contact points to stablize the level position of the pipe string and to keep the righting system balance. Meantime the contact section use the roller structure to ensure the collar smoothly pass through the righting fittings with minimal friction. The rollers are installed on the pistons.
