Abstract: In order to investigate degradation ability, degradation products and changes of munities of a
normal temperature lignocellulose-degrading microflora. The munity could pose % of rice straw
gross weight within six days in room temperature. More than ten kinds of volatile products were detected by GC-MS in the
fermented broth. For analyzing plexity of the munities from the broth, Denaturing Gradient Gel
Electrophoresis (DGGE) were used to identify position diversity and dynamic changes, the DGGE profiles indicated
that the anism changed lots in different period, and the ic tree derived from 16S rDNA sequence
indicated that the munity have the abundant diversity.
