摘要
随着改革开放政策的实行我国的经济取得了前所未有的发展,各种新型经济产业不断涌现,市场经济及共同富裕政策的提出使许多民营企业获得了前所未有的发展,同时国家加大对自主创业及民营企业的帮扶力度,希望民营经济的发展能够带动区域经济,尽早实现共同富裕,但随着民营企业经济的大幅度发展,许多新问题不断涌现,阻碍了企业发展的进程,人才流失,工作效率低下,产品质量差等一系列问题,困扰着企业,而这一切追根到底全是因为企业在激励机制方面存在着很大问题。
对员工激励机制存在问题的分析与研究近几年来越来越成为国内外研究的热门问题,本文就是主要针对这一问题,通过搜集相关资料,并采访单位的有关人员,认真研究分析得出在企业提高员工激励机制的关键及最有效的方法是提高员工的工资报酬,同时加大奖惩力度,创造令员工满意的工作环境,加快建立沟通机制,对困难员工及其家属加大帮扶力度,使员工能最大程度的提高工作热情,针对这一问题及解决措施展开论文的写作工作。同时结合马云曾说过:员工离职最主要的是对工作不满意,而这其中的关键是对工资不满意,对领导不满意,可员工离职时还要想法设法的为公司及领导留脸面,说成是自身原因而离职,想想这真是企业自身的悲哀,所以对员工激励机制存在问题的分析研究迫切而重要。

ABSTRACT
Along with the reform and open policy of our country economy has obtained a hitherto unknown development, new economy industries continue to emerge, the market economy and the policy mon prosperity to many private enterprises have hitherto unknown development, at the same time, the country enlarges the self-employed and private enterprise's assistance, hope that the development of the private economy to promote regional economic as soon as possible, to mon prosperity, but with a greatly development of the private enterprise economy, many new problems are constantly emerging, hindered the process of enterprise development, the brain drain, low efficiency, poor product quality and a series of problems, plagued by enterprises, and all of this after all is because enterprise has big problems in the incentive mechanism hand.
