摘 要
冲压是在室温下,利用安装在压力机上的模具对材料施加压力,使其产生分离或塑性变形,从而获得所需零件的一种加工方法。
本设计中所设计的为传统的小型的开式可倾自动压力机，公称压力为20吨，生产效率为４０次／分。根据设计的要求,计算冲压功率，确定了以带传动和齿轮传动相结合的二级减速传动方案，，并通过校核,得出了整体的传动系统中的各个部件的精确尺寸和配合关系。在执行机构的设计中,充分考虑压力机对强度和刚度的要求,并进行校核。在对其他的部件设计中，也充分考虑到压力机的要求和特点，比如：选用吸振效能好的材料来作为床身的材料，但也要考虑到经济性要求,以及作为机座的强度和稳定性，在压力机中的传动轴和曲轴中,采用滑动轴承，解决压力机在正常的工作中对轴承的冲击问题，提高压力机精度.
