摘要：占道施工使原本就很拥挤地道路拥堵情况加剧，影响了居民地出行和，对这些占道施工进行一定地收费，无论是从占用社会公共资源进行补偿地角度，还是从影响正常社会经济活动地角度都，并结合目前北京市占道施工收费特点，依据地区经济发展程度和道路交通受影响程度，提出了占道施工收费标准调整地思路与测算方法 •
Abstract: Road work in creases the phe nomenon of road con gesti on .It
greatly in flue nces the trip of people and their no rmal econo mic and social activities. For that, it is very essential to charge a certain occupa ncy fees for road work. This paper an alyzes and summarizes the classificatio n of road work, and the impacts on road traffic. Accord ing to the current feature of the occupancy fee in Beijing, at the same time, comb ined with the econo mic developme nt and impacts on road traffic, this paper points out the methods of occupa ncy fee adjustme nt.
